Policies:

Payment terms are 2%-10days, net-30days of the date of the invoice, with approved credit.
Accounts not settled within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% per month interest charge.

Customer/Purchaser agrees to pay any legal fees and third party costs involved in collection.

Products will be shipped FOB Shipping Point using the most economical method available, unless otherwise specified.

Return Authorization:

For returning merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Dept. within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No credit will be given unless Return Authorization number has been granted.
Product may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Scientific Supplies & Solutions makes no other warranty and shall have no obligation except as stated in the Sales Conditions of the invoice.

In no event will the warranty cover damage, monetary or not, caused by late delivery or resulting from accident, misuse, neglect or alterations to products.
